Return & Refund/Replace/Repair Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gentek Custom Cables. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 days to contact us and cancel your order from the date you received the goods please see below

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to notify us you wish to return an item for a refund/replacement/repair from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us first in writing for example by email, please email leshopes@gentekcustomcables.com, you must return the item within 14 days of notifying us, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the invoice/receipt or proof of purchase.

Note

All items are made to order and for large cables/orders it may not be possible to refund you because you no longer want the item, or because its the wrong size/colour, also if you have tried to repair the item a refund may not be possible but we may offer to repair/replace any faulty components

Refunds/Replace/Repair 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved for refund/repair/replacement, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/paypal account (or original method of payment). You will normally receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's/paypal policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For additional information in this section.
